I was there for 4 years (9/11 happened while I was working there so I was there a little longer than normal) and got 4000 hours of turbine time out of it. In four years I went from co-pilot to Cpt to flight insructor in that time. The pay sucks, you are going to work long hours, but now I am working for Alaska Airlines. I think that at most commuter airlines it takes 4 years just to upgrade to CPT. The other thing is that you could be working for them with the flight time that you have right now. Good luck man...
